We are developing rapidly and to take responsibility for sales activity placing Augment City in the position as the preferred #1 software solution for sustainable city development, we are looking for a commercial oriented and resourceful Sales Manager.
The Sales Manager will be accountable for growing his portfolio of customers both in Norway and globally. They will take responsibility for conducting end-to-end sales activities right up to and including the signed agreement, both nationally and globally. The Sales Manager will be a key player in establishing AugmentCity sales and marketing team and ambition, work closely with the VP Business Development.

Accountabilities and tasks
- Managing and rapidly developing our customers portfolio and securing return of investment for them
- Responsible for customer and stakeholder relationship management including Contract management, negotiation, day to day communication, aftersales, etc
- Participating in conference and fairs globally.
- Ambassador for understanding customers and competitors, as well as Smart City industry
- Close cooperation with the Project and Product team, contribute to product roadmap development
Qualifications and experience
Experience from software or tech companies is preferable, in addition to experience and understanding of public decision and procurement processes.
The right candidate holds:
- Min 3-5 years’ experience in sales, customer management or business development.
- relevant working experience from fast-scaling business
- a degree in marketing, business, preferable MBA/BSc
- Experience with Saas Software business is a plus
