AugmentCity AS is part of the software company OSC AS and specializes in offering innovative technology for smart cities development. We are developing rapidly and to support our customer success, placing Augment City in the position as the #1 software solution for sustainable city, we are looking for a Customer Success manager.
You will be a part of the project engineering team supporting our customers with the day-to-day use of their digital twin cities, helping them achieve their sustainable ambitions. Since this is a new position, you will be shaping the future of Augment City for customer success, creating the standard and the processes that will make us succeed.
Accountabilities and tasks
- Assist customers with setting up and navigating our software
- Build close relationship with our super-users, partners to ensure success with our product
- Promote the value of our solution through demo and training
- Create and maintain customer documentation and training material
- Collaborate with our sales team for upsell of services and licenses
- Collaborate with the product development team to feedback customer insight.
Qualifications and experience
The right candidate holds:
- A background in customer service, sales, account management, software support, product training or related services.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant field
- Experience from software or tech companies is preferable.
- Experience in 3D environment, including computer gaming is a plus.

- hold excellent written, verbal, presentation and phone communication skills, with the ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences.

- hold excellent skills in English and Norwegian, orally and in writing.
